After a national search by the publisher Mr. Barone was selected as the new author of this well known and very well respected legal treatise. He has been the new author with the publication of the 2006 supplement. The work's previous author, John A. Tarantino is known throughout the country as one of the nation's true champion's of the drunk driving accused. This two-volume treatise provides expert advice to attorneys handling the defense of the drinking driver.
